《Sales Contract for Multiuser Edition of
Self-service Website Builder System》 2

Party A：                    

Party B：Harbin Sumly technology limited company

Through friendly negotiation, Party B, the developer of Self-service Website Builder System, and
Party A, the customer of this business of Party B, discuss the matter of Party A buying Party B’s
multiuser edition of self-service Website Builder System（Language：       ）and the detailed
clauses are as follows：

First, Total amount of this Contract is: 10800 $, capital: ten thousand eight hundred

Second, System installation and payment

1．Down payment:

Since the day of signing this Contract, Party A shall pay for Party B 50% of the total amount of
this Contract and commission 2000 $ for system language instrument, which is the down
payment of purchasing the System, namely，is 5400 $，capital：five thousand four
hundred.

2. Party A installs the system to party B of server, after party B receives first
payment from party A, open to use business and trading edition of self-service
website builder system in one working day .

Third, responsibility of party A：

1、Response to manage self-service website builder system multiuser edition of main
station and customer website, and response customer service;

2、Response application and pointing of user domain.

3、According to legal and regulations, request to check user website content each
day, reorganize the bad information.

4、Open receipt for customer.

Fourth, responsibility of party B：

1、Free to provider 2000M/year of self-service website builder skype space(10 $
/10M/year to get space payment next year).

2、In agreement period, provide 24-hour system maintenance, 7 X 8 technical
supporting service. Provide lifelong maintenance for the System and permanent free
upgrading for the same edition.

Fifth, Within seven days after Party B successfully installing the System to Party A’s server,
Party A shall pay the balance of this Contract namely, 5400 $, capital letter: five thousand four
hundred.

Sixth, This System shall be bound under the domain name of www        or use and never be replaced,
but the domain names of self-service website builder users and agents in this system are not
restricted by this clause.

Seventh, Exemption statement： During the course of Party A using the multiuser edition of
self-service website builders system, if party A breaks the laws of the People’s Republic of China,
he shall be fully responsible for all the consequences and responsibilities, and Party B shall bear
no responsibility. Party B shall bear no responsibility for the third party.

Eighth, Legal effect

1. As for any changes, amendments or increase and decrease of clauses in this Contract, after
negotiation and agreement, both parties shall sign the written document, which is an inseparable
part of this Contract and has the same legal effect with this Contract.

2. There are two copies of this Contract, one for each party.
