Service proxy contract for multiuser edition of

Consignor：Harbin Sumly technology limited company（refer to party B hereafter）

Party A decides to proxy multiuser edition of self-service website builder system
and decides to agree the clauses as follows.

First, right and obligation of party A：to use self-service website builder system of proxy platform
which party B provides, manage website construction and client. Has responsibility to manage multiuer
edition of self-service website builder system of main station and client website, service for client;
response application of user domain and point. According to legal and regulation, request to check
website content each day, delete bad information at once. Open receipt for customer.

Second, right and obligation of party A: party B provides technical consultant and system maintenance.
Free to promote system.

Third, party A pays party B of self-service website builder of advanced payment is_____ $（only
for open and continues expense）. After agreement is effect, open multiuser edition of proxy
website of self-service website builder system.

Fourth, party A deposits advanced payment to party B that is effective in a long time,
not give back. Proxy period: from the effective day is ()year.

Sixth, Party A selects provided agency for client of registration domain or email. If party
A requests Party B to register domain and email, pay extra.

Seventh, after agreement id is effective, party A becomes proxy of Shanshi technology
multiuser edition of self-user website builder system.

Eighth, Exemption statement：

When party B makes server closed because of maintenance or promotion, advanced to inform.
If the line has problem which we are not responsible or other problem to make server closed,
party B has no responsibility. If Party A breaks the laws of the People’s Republic of China,
he shall be fully responsible for all the consequences and responsibilities, and Party B
shall bear no responsibility. Party B shall bear no responsibility for the third party

Ninth, There are two copies of this Contract, one for each party.
