Rent party：____________________（refer to party A hereafter）

Hiring party：Harbin Sumly technology limited company（refer to party B hereafter）

Party A decides to rent multiuser edition of self-service website
builder system（Language：          ）add self-selected website function service at
self-service website builder system, and agree clauses as follows.

First, rent time：rent 12 months(continuously rent 3 years or pay the purchasing
balance in a year, get right of using permanently, software of right of handing).
Rent mode：Install multiuser edition of self-service website builder software to
server of party A.

Rent mode：Install multiuser edition of self-service website builder
system software to server of party A.

Second, price of rent：$：4000 $, capital letter：four thousand.
Payment of self-selected website service：$：1000 $,
capital letter：one thousand（pay only once, not pay next year）

Third, Installation：After receiving the payment and remote management username
and password of Party A’s server, Party B shall complete the system
installation for Party A within a working day, or according to request of party
A to provide downloading address.

Fourth, responsibility of party A：The software and hardware provided by Party
A shall be in good operation and suitable for installing this System.
According to the requirements of Party B, Party A shall install the
required software for normal operation of this System in his server,
and the details are as follows: PHP Edition ≥ 4.3.4,
Zend Optimizer Edition ≥ 2.10, and PHP supporting GD2 library.
Party A shall install it by himself, and Party B shall give help
and instruction to ensure the successful installation.

Fifth, responsibility of party B：1, In agreement period, provide
24-hour system maintenance, 7 X 8 technical supporting service.
2．The System faults caused by the server are not in the range of
after-sale service of Party B. However, if the system files are damaged
owing to the server, through negotiation of both parties, Party B shall restore
the system files after the server is restored.3．As for the operation faults caused by
the System itself, Party B shall respond and provide the solution, which not
includes addition of system function modules.

Sixth, payment mode：From the day of signing agreement, party A pays agreement
payment of 5000 RMB to party B, after party B receivers payment of party A,
remote installation or provide downloading address.

Seventh, This System shall be bound under the domain name of www.          
for use and never be replaced, but the domain names of self-service website
Builder users and agents in this System are not restricted by this clause.

Eighth, Exemption statement：

During the course of Party A using the multiuser of Self-service Website
Builder System, if Party A breaks the laws of the People’s Republic of China,
he shall be fully responsible for all the consequences and responsibilities,
and Party B shall bear no responsibility. Party B shall bear no responsibility
for the third party.

Ninth, There are two copies of this Contract, one for each party.
